A number of separate AJAX-based web applications for PHP are aggregated here under the banner 'JaxTools'.

Each JaxTools project shares the following values:

1. Easy setup - just copy the directory to your webserver
2. README file with directions for use and known bugs
3. Javascript code re-use

JaxBlog

Your average lightweight PHP blog application made easy thanks to a large group of Ajax modules. Have a look at this page
for a one page list of Ajax controls that are available to the blog.

Additional bonus: multidatabase ready (tested with MySQL and Postgres, should work fine with SQL Server, DB2, etc) thanks to us of adodb_lite library.

JaxContact

Contacts management made easy thanks to Ajax. Contacts operations, such as 'Add', 'Edit', etc., all take place on the page without refresh. Once the user is done with all updates, then she/he submits all changes back to the server.

JaxPhoto

JAlbum (freeware, photoalbum management) falls short when managing large groups of photo albums. If you have all of your photoalbums foldered in one spot, you can install JaxPhoto at their root and organize the albums better. Viewing and editing albums is aided by a set of Ajax-based tools.
